In 4th Street Garage, first stair up from 2nd floor (NW corner) is dangerously weakened. Photo shows underside with supporting metal structure fully cracked along middle of one edge.

I suspect the rental house at 706 N Washington St is over occupied. There appear to be around 8 students in the house.
