Trash and broken fluorescent lights along public alley way. Alley runs north/south between walnut street and Washington street. Problem is located on west side of alley 1/2 block south of the project school.
Huge pile of trash in back driveway.
Not pedestrian friendly....nor allowed in any other city!
Seminary sq. (2nd & college ) Storm drains clogged.
The painted surfaces for cross walks and stop line indicators are worn to the point that they are non-existent on one of the four sections for that intersection. As you are aware, this is a high pedestrian area as it feeds both hospital & Kroger's. Thank you very much for this consideration; I know it is an expensive one to bring up to code (or at least close to code standards)
Infrastructure pothole. It likes like a previous black top utility cut patch requires a second filling. The concrete barricade forces drivers to "hit" the pot hole.
Street light is out. Previous report had the wrong location.
Streetlight is not lighting.
Construction fencing on sidewalk!
