Many invasive plants (mimosa, tree-of-heaven, burdock, etc.) growing on the south and west side of this house. Property is habitually unkempt, but the general lax enforcement for Parker Rental properties has resulted in this location becoming truly a serious eyesore.
North side of lot along alley is overgrown with huge vines growing up the trees (wintercreeper, ivy, etc.) that are a hazard. Also, bush honeysuckle and tree-of-heaven growing on east property line in the back near the alley, growing into neighboring property.
Sidewalk near NE corner of lot (along Cottage Grove) is becoming impassible due to invasive shrub overgrowth (an annual occurrence at this location). While they are cutting it back, they might as well also trim back the shrub on the SW corner of the same lot along Grant. It is just starting to be in the way.
Grass ( two feet tall) hasn’t been cut this year, just like last three or four years. Garbage and trash has been lying there for months. Address is 1901 East Viva Drive, 47401
For the last 25 YEARS I have complained to the city how the owner will not cut back weeds that have grown into trees or her other 8-15 feet weeds all around the property and the city has done nothing to make her keep the yard up . Now for the last 10 years she has had Bamboo that is overtaking her yard and starting to creep into my yard. I have tried to speak with her about doing something about her yard and she does nothing. The Bamboo she has is now illigal in Bloomington.
Overgrown grass (over 4ft) in backyard
Large vacant field on the west side of Rogers Street (in front of Catalent) has not been mowed all spring and grass is overgrown. Property transferred ownership this spring and it seems the new owners are not keeping the grass cut.
