On the Saturday a couple weeks ago on the day of the Michigan football game, they open the road back up after shaving down the asphalt and left the 6 inch steel plumbing fixture of some type sticking up in the middle of the center lane. It broke off by the time I came back around to take a photograph, but I took a picture of the hole where it broke off at and a picture of it. I can’t believe I let this sticking that high out of the ground. it destroyed my tire bit my strut and caused some damage to my car, which was completely unacceptable. There’s no way to see it with the car in front of me until I hit it and I was careful around all these areas but they left two and 3 inch lifted up, plumbing all over the area not to mention multiple inch edges where they cut down. There’s no way a car can handle any of these situations especially not the 6 inch steel shown in the picture. Who do I talk to you about getting my car fixed? This was complete negligence not to mention extremely unsafe thank you.

There is a significant water leak in the street in front of my driveway and mailbox. It has been reported more than once and is getting worse. This needs to be fixed before freezing weather! Utilities has been out here about a month ago so you know about it. Our water meter is about 30feet to the north in our yard behind red bush in picture

Our next door neighbors that recently moved in within the last month have been aggressively loud. With them owning dogs that are constantly barking, as well as what sounds like people running and constantly banging in their apartment. These noises have been causing us issues as it is hard to study or focus or even just watch tv as they are constantly making noises. With the previous tenants we never heard them or had issues with them, which means it is them that is being too loud. We have noticed that there are an alarming number of people that seem to live there that contributes to the loudness, we have different landlords than them which means we can’t report them this way. We really just need them to be more quiet and to train the dog cause it shouldn’t be barking every minute. Sorry for the long message but this is really troubling to us and we need it fixed for peace of mind as it is making us go crazy.

There's no lighting on this small street, and the sidewalks are somewhat uneven. Would be nice to have some lighting for when it gets dark so early.

Hi, there is a bunch of sand on the sidewalk at 401 W 7th in front of what I think is the Monroe County voter registration building. This was reported back in July in case #192518 but it was never cleaned up so thought maybe there was some confusion over where/what was being reported so I am including a picture this time. The alley behind Osteria Rago is inaccessible for pedestrians when it rains. The pavement has potholes that trap water and the drainage doesn’t not divert water off of the road. The potholes need to be filled and the drainage fixed. It was very difficult to get to the restaurant and cars can barely maneuver through as well.
