Refrigerators left out all of the time. Property looks unkept. Trash not kept contained. Complaintant wants the City to make Jack Morrison comply & clean up his property.
Foundation repair w/o permit leaving equipment on Mr. Bartel's property
Rental sign in yard makes it difficult to see Atwater when pulling out from Fess.
No permit to remodel upstairs bathroom into two bathrooms. Moved kitchen sink from north wall to east wall to do the remodel job. Electrical & plumbing work done without a permit. 13 yr. old boy working there too.
Weeds obstructing sidewalk - causes pedestrians to have to walk in street. Also... same problem along S. Henderson St. between University & 1st St.
Grass behind Winslow Plaza on north & east sides too high & filled with animals & trash. Owner - Kevin Spicer 333-4663
914 has no guttering. Causing foundation of 916 to sink. Mr. Holmes has had people out to look at this & they've indicated problem is caused by bldg next door at 914.
Grass has not been mowed all year. Think this is the correct address - said it is a vacant lot. Thinks owner's last name is Byrd.
All kinds of trash & garbage stacked outside of house. Has been unable to reach renters to ask them to take care of.
