(RE) I live in Hoosier Court Apartments and my window faces the apartment complex across the street. I have seen tenants of the apartment on the bottom level throw their dogs out of the window to use the bathroom, rather than taking them outside. They will dump the dog, and then scream at them to hurry up. If the dog is just sitting there, they get pretty violent. They will scream some more. If a dog is not listening, the husband/dad will come out and smack the dog. All of them yell viciously at these animals. I’ve seen five different dogs be thrown out the window. I also have seen a cat. On top of them screaming and hitting their dogs, it is worrisome that they can’t even take the effort to take the dogs outside, so it is doubtful they are taking much care of them at all. It is the first floor, 1st and 2nd apartment from the right in the photo (it’s a dual unit). I have acquired a video and can attempt to get an address tomorrow. Submitted a previous request for this location, but I have a picture of it now. Hit this pothole without seeing it and it ended up bending the bottom frame of my car on the wheel and totaling it.

The crosswalk signs at the intersection of Atwater and Indiana (near the Henderson Parking Garage) only show the "walk" symbol every once in a while - I usually just have to wait until traffic slows enough to cross. I know this is common practice, but I usually try to wait until the "walk" symbol shows so I have some degree of protection (legally) if I were to get hit. This is especially the case for this intersection because people ALWAYS run that red light, and apparently drivers don't understand what a "no turn on red" sign means.

Someone decided to set off fireworks at 4:00am last night. They have continued to do so periodically today. (I know the town policy is 9am-11pm on non-holidays, so that last bit is fine - this is just to let you know that whoever is setting off fireworks in the area started doing so at about 4:00am.)

A tenant found a baby snake in a box. They were able to remove that snake, but we are now concerned there might be a nest somewhere in the building. This has happened in the past at least once before.

Water smells stale, water is discolored, cloudy and sputters out of kitchen sink faucet.

Total of seven cars were parked at the property for which were blocking the sideway which is a huge safety issue and they are at an intersection.. This is a repeated problem at this residence.
