For the past couple weeks I've observed the same Domino's delivery driver driving southbound on Washington at a fairly high rate of speed between 12 and 10th street. I suspect he cuts west through the alley between 9th and 10th to return to the Domino's location. Can something be done to slow this guy down? This is happening in the evening and nighttime hours.

Hello, There is an older black Honda Civic with a missing front bumper that appears to have been abandoned in this location, just to the north of the Reformed Presbyterian Church's parking lot entrance on Lincoln Street. It has been there since approximately September and looks like it has been stripped of anything valuable and left to decay, which is bad for the neighborhood. Thanks in advance for any help on this.
There's a white Ford Ranger that's been parked in front of 313 E 12th from 5 days now without moving. I placed a penny on the left rear tire of the vehicle Friday evening and it is still there. City code provides that vehicles left on the street without moving are consider abandoned after 72 hours. I live in 313 and my fiancée and I would like to park where this truck is, but it's effectively taking up two parking spaces. Thank you.

Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer. Vehicles on north Washington are constantly parking in the bike lane. Parking enforcement has indicated this is not a violation they ticket. Why not? Also, why do we even have bike lanes that are less than half a meter wide?
Obstruction of sidewalk by protesters. It happens almost every day but especially bad on Thursdays. They intimidate people walking and post horrific images and also park a very large van every day. This needs to stop and reflects horribly on our city to have people out harassing pedestrians all the time.
