Citizen says that this morning her trash cans were left across the street at her neighbor's house. Says she has never had this problem before, but is afraid of losing them and doesn't want to walk to neighbors to get them. Asks if crews could be sure to put them back at her property in the future.

Citizen did not give name or location. Said that Mon. am (3/23), her carpool was on way to work, got behind a recycling truck which was sitting "in the middle of the street". Said they asked the driver to pull over so they could get past and he "rudely refused" and they had to sit there for 15 minutes waiting. Says if there's traffic, drivers should pull over to the side and not block the street.

Caller would like trash and old tires cleaned up an address near him--he thinks the address is 519 W. Dodds. He says he has called before and nothing has been done.
