The crossing lights for bikes and pedestrians are not working. I first noticed this in the morning of Thursday, August 19th. They were also not working this morning, Monday, August 23rd, around 8:50 and again around 9:10. To be more specific, when crossing west to east I could not tell if the lights were on because there is no visual or auditory indication after pressing the button. The only way I would be able to know is to walk to the north to face the lights. When crossing east to west, there is one bank of lights on the pole above the button. After pressing the button multiple times the lights did not come on. This is a distressing crossing when the lights are working. We use it daily during school when biking our child to school, maximum four times a day, five days a week. The crossing is extra distressing when the lights are not working and we have no way to tell when there are on when making the crossing west to east.

Rather than pictures I have videos of the property I am renting from Parker Real Estate Management. They have not complied with their end of my lease and I currently have poison ivy and poison oak growing in my yard. I’ve contacted them about the issue and there has been no movement on correcting it. Would really appreciate if an inspector came by as there is also mold growing in the gutters and overall upkeep of the house is concerning. Thank you.

Illegal Parking on both sides of the street at S Wash and Driscoll

The streetlight at the corner of Washington and Wilson is flickering off and on, most often off. Would love to have it repaired/replaced. The light at the end of Washington and Hillside was also off the other night, and I believe is starting to go out as well.

Kilroy’s has placed a sandwich sign and tables on the sidewalk in front of the bar, narrowing the path. The tables are folded up and maybe are being used as barriers, not for dining, but they are blocking the path. Thanks.

Please assess this intersection (Fairview and 13th) at the top of a slight hill with a stop sign. The massive honeysuckle bush on the east side of Fairview obstructs view of stop sign until you are right up to the stop sign. Additionally, when you are stopped at 13th st and looking east there are oftentimes vehicles parked in front of the residence and the view to the east is blocked. I don't know how the yellow painted curbs to prohibit parking near stop signs are determined but this intersection may need something to prevent vehicles from parking right up to the stop sign. In regards to the alley in between Lincoln and Grant, behind the Boys and Girls club. As you may know, that stretch of Lincoln is closed due to construction. Currently the only way to access The Boys and Girls Club is through the alley. The Club has asked parents to treat it as a one way, following the flow of Lincoln. Though of course not many are abiding and it’s almost caused me an accident last week. I had a small fender bender in that alley in 2019, he sped through one of the entrances to the alley going towards Grant as I was moving towards 3rd. With heavier traffic through this area for the Club, it’s a creating dangerous mess. I would at the very least suggest temporary “One Way” signs following the flow of Lincoln St during this construction to prevent any accidents and congestion. Thank you for your time.

Resident called this afternoon stating the light at Patterson/Fairview is not working correctly. It cycles through at odd times and does not seem to follow the sensors in the road.
