Trash metal over water line access. Buckets of water, long heavy metal parts. Looks like garbage dumped against private fence. Perfect place for rats. Garage addition built too close to property line. No gutters on 2 story garage. Water rotted out neighbors privacy fense.
In the parking lot and around the pickleball courts you have Johnson grass growing taller than me and I'm 5'2 that's going to seed. This is a very invasive weed and needs to be pulled and the seeds thrown away as soon as possible or you'll be fighting it for the next 20 years. I pulled some tassels from around the courts, but it's also near the parking in the shade on the end of the pickleball courts close to the basketball courts.
Nothing major has happened yet, but there is a very large pitbull being kept at this house that has aggressive tendencies towards other dogs. Several times, it has gotten away from or pulled down its owners. In one of these incidents, the owner managed to tackle the dog before it reached our neighbor's dog. I am a neighbor and am very concerned. All of the surrounding neighbors we talk to have independently expressed concern and have warned us about the dog. We have a dog and a new baby. I do not trust this animal, and I do not trust the owners' abilities to keep positive control of it.

It is the tree on East side of Fairview, adjacent to intersection with Howe, next to 620 Fairview. This time I provided a photo of poison ivy. There is also Virginia creeper, but there is much more poison ivy. Leaves are as large as adult hand, in groups of three, lacks the fine serrations of Virginia creeper leaves, and notice small green fruits. Also I had a skin reaction when I first walked into it haha. Please reach out to me if needed and I can point out the poison ivy. I just don’t want anyone else to get urushiol on their face.

Hi there - a kind suggestion as we are in summer. There were some patrons today with a service animal. It may be a suggestion to post signage or have the kind workers remind that the concrete is 100°.. not many shade options when all areas are taken.. and poor animals being made to pant and burn their paws. I am not against service animals, but the cruelty or failure to treat animals with care, especially in this weather. I was mere minutes away from calling police today for the animal.
