Hello, I work for a local property manager, Mackie Properties. Our company manages a homeowners association called Madison Park located north of W Howe St, in between S Madison St and S Morton St. I was recently informed that the plants along a section of the B-line just east of Madison Park are becoming overgrown and would benefit from being trimmed. I've included photos of the relevant area, as well as a map of the area outlining the overgrown section with a red rectangle. Due to parked cars on east & west sides of Dodds, it is challenging to see oncoming traffic to turn left or right off of S. Dunn. Especially during rush hour, I’ve had several close calls with oncoming cars. A 4-way stop would be very helpful there. Or limiting parking on Dodds.

Boarded up home at 1017 S. Walnut is equipped with a very loud alarm system with a rotating light that goes off about every 5 minutes. Police have check on the property at least twice with no sign of a break-in. Alarm system is creating noise pollution that makes it unpleasant for neighbors to be outside or have their windows open.
