This is not entirely their fault, as there is no room to park on the street - it would be very helpful for residents if the city improved the street and shoulder of Palmer Ave on the 1300 and 1400 blocks to make parking safer. Because this is a rental property, and there is also a car in the garage, totally 4 cars on the property, HAND should also investigate if there are more than 3 unrelated adults living at this property.

The property of 1208 S Woodlawn Ave contains Japanese Knotweed. Japanese Knotweed is a city-listed nuisance weed, and in the case of this property the growth is well over 8 inches (more like 5-10 feet) and is visibly spreading into adjacent properties to the west and north by rhizome. The Japanese Knotweed is also visibly growing into that house's siding and foundation. This is likely a rental house situation where the landlord is neglecting the landscaping.

New construction site on South Rogers is scattering debris on the road. I live in Clear Creek housing edition and have to travel on South Rogers every day for work. In the past 2 weeks I have had two separate issues with the same brand of screws in my back left tire. I travel on I69 for work and have been traveling at 60 miles an hour with a screw in my tire. This has happened twice in two weeks at no fault of my own. This set of tires is less than 6 months old and today I found out from Royal Mazda that I need to purchase a new tire. This is unacceptable from a point of safety for the South Rogers neighborhood and an additional cost to citizen(s) of Bloomington.

The street view is fully obstructed by weeds at the intersection of Euclid and 2nd street. When going South on Euclid and attempting to make a left hand turn (east) on 2nd, you cannot see oncoming traffic to your left due to vegetation between the sidewalk and the road. I have almost gotten in an accident twice at this intersection due to pulling out and jot seeing an oncoming car which was blocked by the weeds. This is especially a problem for cars versus trucks due to the height.
