The alley next to 211 North Grant Bloomington Indiana is in bad shape where there is washout and deep ruts , cars are bottoming out when coming out of alley onto Grant street.
The backyard and deck area are extremely overgrown and unkept. The property is a student rental house and the owners do not maintain the area.
The parking garage entrance on Morton between 6th and 7th as of 2pm today had a problem. The EXIT sign over the exit by the street was hanging down. Only one corner seemed attached.
Car blocking sidewalk at 307 East 7th
A police car (#129) turned right on a red light, despite a big obvious sign that says NO TURN ON RED. They did not have their lights or siren on. This was at 5:11 pm on Aug 28, heading west on 3rd street, turning north onto Rogers. These signs are meant to protect pedestrians. Aren’t cops supposed to model legal behavior in traffic?

Large shrub in front of house is so large that it is mostly preventing use of the sidewalk right there. House might be an IU property. Does City have jurisdiction over Campus?
Three (3) discarded sofas have been sitting by the street for weeks (11th Street side.)
Building recently removed. Now, used construction materials are being stored on the empty lot. Is the property zoned for such use?
