Says previous system worked perfectly, she got there right on time. Says she is not the only user unhappy with new computer system, that it is inconvenient for others as well. There is a tulip tree in between 3911 & 3913 Laurel Ct. The driver of the trash truck has backed up into the tree the past 2 weeks, breaking branches and leaves everywhere. He doesn't need to back up this far and he's going to kill the tree.
