There hole the street that someone could fall and trip into / over in front of my house. It appears to be done by a utility company as it is marked FP but it does not have any protective cones around it. Did someone remove the stop signs at Allen and Henderson St? North/South bound traffic do not stop. Stop sign has gone missing. Must be stolen. Please replace the stop sign.
