Not sure of address - might be both houses - but the shrubs on the north side of the properties here have grown large by the sidewalk and make it difficult to navigate without stepping to the side and walking on the grass. Definitely not ADA compliant at present.
A large trash receptacle is in one full traffic lane at an intersection. It is blocking the drivers’ view of any oncoming traffic so that a turn can be made. The receptacle has been in the road for a few days. Location is 3000 S Walnut Street Pike on the road at intersection west of buildings M and N.
Recurring problem. See #184772, #177627, #184699, #184577, etc. Actual address not clear, as it is on the property line of two lots. Plants are overgrown into the sidewalk along the south side of Cottage Grove just east of Grant Street. Pedestrians need to use that side of the street to avoid the fraternity in the apartment building on the north side of the street.
Recycling dumpster blocking sidewalk south side of building (Uptown Plaza)

A large brown recycling dumpster blocking sidewalk access. N College Avenue - N Morton Street brick alleyway, southern side of Uptown Plaza building
I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. Please help this to stop. Thanks sincerely, Thade Correa 327 W. First St., Bloomington
Overgrown trees block stop sign on Kenwood and make it impossible for cars turning left onto Kenwood from Dunn Street to see traffic on Kenwood. Also overgrown trees along Dunn force people to walk in the street - combined with need to pull very far forward on Kenwood to see traffic this has led to 3 close calls (car+car; car+car; car+pedestrian). I thought I submitted in close call but never got uReport number. Perhaps my error or wrong category. Please help prevent accident & take action now that you are aware of the issue. Thank you.
Gray Ford Escape parked on street is blocking residence driveway and movement of vehicles parked in driveway. Vehicle has been left unattended in this state since at least 9:20 PM.
