My water is shut off.
This address has a water meter in the front yard and it appears to be leaking underground and then leaking into the parking lot and down the sidewalk of the next bldg. This has been happening for quite some time now.
The lid is off water service in the alley behind 509 E Hillside. Lots of soil errosion too
Hi, there's a weird wet spot in the gravel alley on the west side of 811 W. Howe. I think it's about where the water line runs, so I'm wondering if it's a small leak.

Our tap water is coming out of our sink with considerably less pressure than normal, and is an opaque white color. The water clears up in a few minutes and there is no lasting sediment, but it's happening with cold and hot water which is not normal for our house. We've recently had a snow plow get stuck on the fire hydrant outside of our home - not sure if that would be connected at all to this problem as the hydrant doesn't appear damaged. Our water is not working in any faucets. There is some construction outside but there was no warning that our water would go out.
