By the stop sign at 9th and Maple, across the whole street of Maple there is a large chunk of road missing. It needs to be filled in, I drive over it every day as do lots of other people, as Maple is the only through street from Kirkwood to the park/the back way to 11th. (meaning there are no roundabouts.) Southbound S. Walnut left turn arrow to turn on E. Grimes has been malfunctioning for weeks. It gives a green turn arrow every time even when there are no cars turning left. Why doesn't anyone notice this like city employees or law enforcement?
Excessive sand in intersection of grant and 10th is hazardous to bicycles.
Corner of Dunn and 3rd street, need to place an additional "no turn on red sign" next to signal light. Many people turn right onto 3rd street from Dunn in front of on-coming traffic.
