Unrestrained dog chased my son as he was biking down the street. Owner chased after the dog screaming and cursing (which scared my son as much as the dog charging him.) Dog growled and nipped at my son but did not bite. I've never seen the dogs restrained and they frequently leave the yard.
Multiple dogs are being kept in a shed in the back yard, one was chained up outside the gate, they aren't let out of the shed often, when they are they dogs look to be very thin and aggressive. Barking alot of odors coming from area. Belive there maybe some inside the house also.

Our company manages the Batchelor Heights Homeowners Association, which houses the address I am reaching out about. Over the last three weeks, multiple residents have contacted our office to report pet-related issues occurring at 3725 S Cramer Cir. These issues include not cleaning up animal waste in this property's yard or around the community; an altercation in which a large, unattended, unleashed dog belonging to the occupants of this property was witnessed chasing another resident who was walking their leashed dog nearby; the occupants keeping their pets in their garage and leaving the garage door partially open; a potential pig being kept at the property; and allegedly, these residents left their front door completely open all day Saturday, January 15. The resident who reported that last issue attempted to inform the occupants that their front door was open by ringing the doorbell, but they received no answer. They could hear dogs barking and growing inside, and they could smell urine coming from inside the unit. After this, they contacted emergency services to request a welfare check for this property. We are concerned for the animals being kept at this property and the safety of the community. We have attempted to contact these residents and the homeowner but have not yet been successful. Benjamin Wolter, the person who lives at this address, is running an unlicensed dog pet sitting and training business from his home. The photo posted is taken from their business Facebook “Emerald Isle Canine” and is the inside of his garage. The brown door you see in the photo leads to a back room of the garage where the dogs are crated. I am submitting this report because I am concerned for the safety of these dogs spending time in an unlicensed and un-inspected garage. I have personally been to this place but am submitting anonymously because the owner, Benjamin Wolter, has a documented legal history of harassment so I am scared to attach my name to this complaint. Hello, I am looking to get some advice on how to trap a racoon that continues to come into our home. We have sealed off the cat doors several different times and it continues to come back. We have purchased a have-a-heart trap and used marshmallows, canned wet cat food, canned tuna, etc and it's not working. If there are other things that we could be trying please let me know. Large white dog jumped from the fenced in back yard onto the roof of the garage and chased me and my leashed dog down the block. The dog appears aggressive.
There is an aggressive cat in our neighborhood. It is gray with white markings - chest is white. I've never gotten a great look at it. It's fast. I'm aware of 4 attacks on other cats over the last few months: my neighbor's cat was attacked, my own cat was attacked (required stitches), the cat came into another neighbor's house through a cat door and tangled with a cat in the house (I saw it then also and tried to capture it but failed), and this morning my wife heard/saw it attacking another neighborhood cat. I don't know if it belongs to a neighbor or is just wild. I don't see it often.
