3 TRUCK LOADS OF TRASH AT THIS ADDRESS.
REPORTS THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL BAGS OF TRASH ALONGSIDE THE HOUSE AND SOME ARE OPEN AND SCATTERED. SAID A NEW FAMILY HAS MOVED IN.
