Citizen reported that the Rail Road Company is parking refridge. cars behind her neighborhood and they are leaving them running all the time. She stated that the noise is very loud and she would like for someone to comeout to the neighborhood.

Junk cars in the yard; one in front; one in back. Shed on the south side of the house is falling down, and has rodents inside.
Garbage piled inside fenced back yard.
This is the last house on the right where Madison Street dead ends into the parking lot. There is quite a bit of old siding and brush laying in the yard and into the street. The citizen stated that you could not miss the mess as you go south on Madison.
