The new Apartment Buildings called "Wittington Commons" at 1425 & 1427 W Allen do not have dumpsters for trash, nor do they have fire extinquishers. Complaintant has been there over a month. She has contacted manager, Dave Miller repeatedly. They have no fire extinquishers, or drop plates under stove burners, but did not give her name, or apartment number.

MR. CARRICO HAS A HOUSE AT 1231 S FESS, THE CORNER OF FESS & BRENDA AVENUE. FESS AVENUE HAD WORK DONE AND THE STREET NOW SLOPES IN SUCH A WAY THAT ALL THE WATER DRAINS INTO THE BASEMENT AT 1231. THE STORM DRAIN IS ON THE HIGH SIDE OF THE STREET. MR. CARRICO HAS INSTALLED A RETAINING WALL AND WAS GOING TO BACK DIRT UP TO THE WALL, BUT THE CONTRACTOR STATED THAT THIS WOULD NOT PREVENT THE WATER FROM GOING INTO THE BASEMENT.

Twin Lakes - dust from the firleds is choking everyone in the household. Cars are dirty - wants "calcium chloride" put down on fields to keep dust down.

The janitor @ Broadview Elementary School called to say one of the children from the KC Outdoor camp had been left @ in the restroom at the school. The parent called about 20 minutes later to see what was going to be done about the situation.
