Robin's daughter visits her father in the third unit at 1310 N. Maple. He rents this unit from his parents. Robin reports that much electrical work and plumbing work was done at the house without the proper permits and that the work was not done properly. A wood stove was also installed without the proper "venting". (I checked this address on the rental system and it shows that there are only 2 approved rental units. Customer called last on 4/15/98. SG checked on problem with sediments. Found nothing out of ordinary. Advised customer to call back in 6-8 weeks if still experiencing a problem. Customer did not call and case was closed. Customer called back today (3/26/99). Sg made visit same day. Customer said chips of sediment were much larger than before. SG provided customer handout information sheets on "dip tube" water heater problem. Advised customer to have a plumber check it and call sg back.
