The Blgtn Utilities payment website has been inaccessible all week. Signing in leads to a 'runtime error' announcement page. -- I regularly pay my bill online but was happy that a very nice lady at the UtlisDept took my payment over the phone. When they finished putting in the speed bumps on Allen they forgot to take down the temporary no left turn sign they put up in the Hilltop Court apartment complex near the entrance.

Weeds growing out and covering sidewalk on NW corner of property (Lincoln and alley intersection.)

Griffin Realty "For Sale" sign has been placed in the City right-of-way in front of this house. Company has been contacted about the issue, but they have hitherto arrogantly dismissed the situation. Sign should be located on south side of sidewalk on the actual property being offered for sale, not in the City right-of-way that makes the sign visible for several blocks.
