Traffic light keeps going from green to red in less than 10 seconds for traffic on Patterson. This is an on-going issue for the last few weeks.
I visited downtown Bloomington today and it was my understanding there was free parking at the meters for small business Saturday. The meters were flashing red and was confused if I needed to pay. Screen said nothing about free parking. Just wanted to let someone in the city to be aware.
Please do not allow food trucks on Kirkwood to block line of sight to stop signs along Kirkwood. One afternoon we witnessed at least six cars run the stop sign at Kirkwood and Lincoln because a food truck obstruction vision of the stop sign at that corner. There were a couple of near-misses with pedestrians and other cars with ROW. I love food trucks, but let's either move the stop signs further out or ban the food trucks from blocking view of the stop signs on the corners. (Keep them on the east side of each block).
This sign needs more attention. I am not sure if it needs to be set up or removed.
Pothole west side of Lincoln and dodds
Two potholes, one on each side of street, on Country Club Road.
Benjamin Wolter, the person who lives at this address, is running an unlicensed dog pet sitting and training business from his home. The photo posted is taken from their business Facebook “Emerald Isle Canine” and is the inside of his garage. The brown door you see in the photo leads to a back room of the garage where the dogs are crated. I am submitting this report because I am concerned for the safety of these dogs spending time in an unlicensed and un-inspected garage. I have personally been to this place but am submitting anonymously because the owner, Benjamin Wolter, has a documented legal history of harassment so I am scared to attach my name to this complaint. Hello! There is a tree that I think is just off our property and on city property (but don't know for sure). It's adjacent to a power line pole and has a lot of branches that are entangled with the power line and with most of the service drops, which go to our house but also to both neighboring houses. I'm worried it might be too much to be safe, even just from the extra weight on the lines. Could you help us with this? Thanks!
