The grate cover of a drain in a parking lot here had fallen into the drain. The drain is located inside an HOA called Madison Park. We got the cover out and reinstalled it, but it is bent and needs to be replaced. Would this be a City responsibility or the responsibility of the HOA? Thank you for your help!
Used drug needles have been thrown in my yard. How do I dispose of these and is there any city government agency that cleans this up. They are located on the Woodlawn side of the property.
There are 2 unleashed pit bulls living at 149 Willow Court 47401, with an irresponsible owner who letting these 2 pit bulls out in our yard causing life threatening to our tenants who are residing next door to them. Could you please let the owner know that he is responsible/liable to the risk of the people who live in that neighborhood? You do not have to wait until these dogs attacked people in order to do something about it. Please take actions now!!! Thank You!

The streetlight across from my house has been burnt out for months.
There is a large amount of broken glass in the 7th Street bike lane (worse in the westbound direction, but also eastbound) in two spots. One is just east of the 7th / Walnut intersection (clear glass) and the other is between Walnut and College (green glass). I hope they can be cleaned up. Thanks!

Fire department truck with license plate #76540 I believe has two brake lights out.
On Madison, between the Maple Heights bridge and 16th St, there are no street lights. This makes it unsafe for bikers and pedestrians at night. Please put in a few street lights on this stretch of road.
