Yard needs cutting (a recurring problem with this property) and it has also become a forest of invasive, noxious plants (tree of heaven) that are growing up through the floor planks of the porch.

Could the City install a sidewalk along the west side of Dunn between Cottage Grove and 12th Street? There are also a couple sections in that stretch where there isn't even a sidewalk on the east side of the street, and a lot of people walk down that street even though it is only one-way.
I have a large pothole in the street at the end of my driveway. It's the result of people swerving around the speed bump in front of my house and eroding the edge of the road. I would be very grateful to have it repaired as it is quite deep. It was coldpatched during the winter but that has crumbled and worked its way out. There are multiple dogs residing in a very dilapidated trailer. The dogs escape from their pen outside regularly and are often let outside off leash, as well. These dogs run daily down the road towards heavily trafficked areas, including running on Country Club Rd and S. Rogers St.
Storm drain clogged up 3rd st and bline Westbound lane
A tree planted by the city a few years ago was damaged by the storm today, June 25 2023. A large branch has fallen, blocking the sidewalk. It is too large for us to move. The city will have to remove it and probably plant a new tree.
