City removed Bradford Pear Tree from tree plot years ago, but left stump, which becomes overgrown and grows over sidewalk each summer. Please remove.

Overgrown back yard. Multiple tree of heaven trees are growing, winter creeper is out of control, various vines growing on deck. This is a rental property.

The cars at this rental property (off 8th st) are consistently squeezing as many cars in the "parking" spot as they can which inevitably means they park on the sidewalk. I have called the rental property company and they have clearly neglected to do anything about it. A traffic cop should drop some tickets on these guys
