Retaining wall falling apart, some pieces are lying on the sidewalk. Regular occurence at this location.

Nearest the intersection with N Dunn St. on the south side of E Saville is this No Parking sign that is extremely faded. With football season coming up and parking an issue in Matlock Heights, I'm wondering if it could be replaced with a more readable, new one. Thanks!
On the north side of E Wylie Farm Rd between S Bayberry Dr and S Azalea Lane there is a wooden walkway within the 50' right-of-way that is very overgrown with Trees of Heaven and a lot of other plants. It is to the point where people are breaking off the tops of the trees in order to get through that part of the walkway. These are invasive plants and the City should do a better job at eliminating them or at least cutting them back. The Google streetview photo of that location dated July 2023 is attached along with current photos that show how the trees and other plants are taking over the walkway and that the tops of some of the trees have been broken off so that pedestrians can pass here. Please clear the area along this side of E Wylie Farm Rd as soon as possible. Thank you.
My recycling container is missing. Placed it at the curb Tuesday evening. It was still there Wednesday morning when the collection truck entered my street. An hour later I went out to bring the bin in and it's gone. Look in the truck. I need a large-size replacement. Thank you
Tree blocking the sidewalk.
There's a tree being pulled down onto an occupied ADU by some vines. There's a power line running between as well.
Tuesday morning around 8 a parks employee was blowing dust around near the basketball courts and nearby parking lot. A leaf blower in both hands. Why? Air and noise pollution, carbon footprint. Years ago every morning except Sunday at 7:30 the playground on the Henderson side had dust blown around. Worse then because those blowers had more powerful motors. But why? What is accomplished? I mean this as a serious question. When I see employees spraying a picnic shelter with liquid from a tank, i figure that is disinfectant or pesticides for an area where people eat, drop food, attract pests. I get it. But the dust blowing, I just dont Thanks
