Has lived there 1 1/1 mos. Neighbors have trash all over yard. Can't even tell there is a yard. Has complained before (see C2206 & C1403) House appears to be mostly vacant - can't tell if anyone lives there.
Weeds, trash & vehicle.
House sits on slope of hill, run-off from rain washes driveway into yard, backyard floods, basement leaks around foundation. Problem is gettin worse. Complaintant spoke with Gary Campbell who was in neighborhood possibly on a similar complaint.
THE USED CAR LOT AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS HAS A 3' X 5' SIGN AT THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK THAT OBSTRUCTS THE LINE OF SIGHT FOR THOSE TRYING TO TURN ONTO WALNUT FROM DODDS STREET. THE SIGN HAS BEEN UP A LONG TIME.
Puts trash at end of alley on Prospect Street along with several other neighbors. Says cans and lids were on their sides and scattered all over, same with recycling bins. He was one of the major opponents of the Prospect Hill alley closings and we promised this would not happen. Please make sure the crews are extra careful to leave this area in good shape after each pick up. Thanks.
Vi took this call. Re: Men putting up new roof on house at NW corner of Hillside & S Madison - throwing old roofing material, nails into yard, street, sidewalk. Do they have a permit? Alley behind Fess between Maxwell & 1st is overgrown. Complaintant said particularly on north end overgrowth is so bad it's difficult pulling out.

Tree hangs over the wall & blocks the alley @ 1st alley west of Morton on Dodds. On the west side of the PHN bldg. Not sure 315 is correct address.
