Weeds are covering the sidewalk and obstructing traffic view at the corner of Euclid and W. Third Street.
There is trash in the backyard. Trees are down in the yard from winter. The yard is so overgrown that it is blocking traffic at the corner of Washington and Dodds.
WANTS YARD LEVELED, RE-SEEDED, REPLACE CLOTHELINE & SPLIT RAIL FENCE FROM THE SIDE IS GONE
Ms. Costley owns the above rental property. Wants to know if the area between the street and lawn where recent work was done will be seeded and strawed. Utilities says this work was on storm sewers in conjunction with Hillside work.

The open drainage ditches along the ten hundred block of S. Grant Street is a health/safety issue. The ditch serves no purpose for drainage since they are filled by tenants with tree limbs and are not maintained. The neighborhood would like the ditches filled in as part of the street repair project going on at this time.
