Highland & Maxwell, on west side of intersection. Resident says several tree branches are dead and will cause damage if they fall.
Boards, limb debris, trash in side yard & front yard.
Trash in alley - between 5th & 6th by Bloomington Abstract .
Property looks terrible. Trash & junk everywhere.
Looks abandoned. Junk in front lawn, porch. Trash everywhere.
Dumpster overflowing behind 203 E. 10th. Enormous amount of trash.
Says promised traffic calming devices have not been installed. Were told they'd go in right away (6th St). Says City Landscaper told him no one discussed watering of greenery with him. Says City departments aren't coordinating and work isn't getting done.
Says the berm just south of Rockport Hills subdivision sign on west side of Rockport Road is not being maintained. Thinks this is the City's to take care of for grass, weeds.
Neighborhood was promised a standpipe (for detention pond?) ($89,000), cost was to be covered by Redevelopment per Doris Sims. No work on it yet, what is status?
