There are 5-6 vacant lots in the 1000 block of Countryside Lane which have not been mowed at all this year. Caller stated that the lots are owned by Bud Short.
MISSED PICK-UP/RECYCLING: YOU PICKED UP THE NEWSPAPERS, BUT LEFT THE GLASS AND CANS. RECYCLING IS MISSED OFET.
Citizen is wheelchair bound, uses BT access. Says recent switch to computerized system requires that she be picked up too early and gets her to work and therapy 40 minutes too early. Says previous system worked perfectly, she got there right on time. Says she is not the only user unhappy with new computer system, that it is inconvenient for others as well. Wants to go back to her previous pick-up time.
Neighbor is pumping water out of their house and is running it out on the ground. It is flooding the basement of 1517 S. Walnut. 1513 belongs to James Crane
Her clay lateral is broken down and has had it snaked. The neighbor at 911 has a sucker tree that the roots keep growing into her lateral. She has asked the neighbors to cut the tree and they won't.
Joyce Poling, Monroe Co. Commissioner, called on 5/20/98 to inquire about sewer discharges in homes in the Rusgan & Ramble area. Caller was referred to Mike Bengtson.

Resident sent letter upset that recycling crews would not take his plastic food trays, etc.
