A fence has been bent down over the B-Line near where it ends at Adams St. Along the top edge of the fence, is sharply pointed barbed wire. This is positioned above the trail precisely where it will catch a cyclist in his face causing severe injury. This is such a very dangerous situation that it should be taken care of with the highest priority.
Tree has poison ivy and *many* other invasives growing around and up the trunk.
Trash strewn about west side of house - animals digging around in it. Also, back of property (in overgrown area) has much trash in it, including old television, etc. Looks like a city dump.

Discarded furniture lying by street. Has been there a couple weeks.
In front of the house at 521 W. 4th Street, the sidewalk on the south side of 4th Street is very narrowed because the plants are growing over the sidewalk. It would be great if they trimmed back these plants so that the sidewalk is clear.
