There is a house on Rogers street south of the gas station at the corner of rock port and Rogers on the left that has added a tiny house to their property. This is against zoning laws in Bloomington Indiana

Continuing towards the intersection with High Street, on the grass next to the road: 3 signs advertising a new school run by the ECC church, one of the signs refers to an event that has taken place almost a month ago.

I am a homeowner here in the city.
Unexpectedly my neighbor trenched
And waterproofed his basement.
The trench was between our houses,
Which are close together.
I asked him if he needed a Permit.
He said no.
Is he right?
