The new apartment complex at the corner of walnut and Driscoll. There was no space for parking added for parallel parkers so when they park, it turns Driscoll into a one lane street which is dangerous for those turning onto Driscoll from walnut when they are met with vehicle traveling west on Driscoll. Also, they are parking all the way to walnut blocking the sidewalk ramp and the fire hydrant .
