Mr. Steele would like to have some type of signage indicating that this is resident parking only. I explained to him that the Neighborhood Parking Program is currently on hold to add any more areas and that the only sign would be "No Parking". The culvert runs under Fritz Drive from N. Dunn Street. The runoff is coming onto Sullivan's property causing a water problem. Sullivan stated that this happened approximately 2 years ago and the City came out and installed rip rap.
