Throughout the winter and currently, this uninhabited property has had unhoused people utilizing the garage in the back yard. People wander the alley and wander in the yard on a regular basis. The manhole cover on the Fairview st. side of this address appears to be leaking some kind of foreign substance that is not water. It may not be serious, but I thought someone should come check it out.
During a phone call about planning questions this morning, I received a request/complaint about the maintenance of the storm inlet at the northeast corner of Reverend Butler Park, at the southwest corner of 10th Street and Fairview Street. The storm inlet regularly gets blocked with branches and other debris, causing flooding in the park, in 10th Street, and in the basement of 615 North Fairview Street. The caller requests that CBU institute a regular schedule of maintenance to keep this inlet clear. Thank you

A rental property across the alley from my house has 2 cars parked in a space for 1 car. One car crashed into my house and fled the scene. She continues to park there at 317 N. Fairview in the backyard.
The person who lives here, Frank, rides his bike on the sidewalk with his two (sometimes) leashed dogs. I have witnessed these dogs almost hit by cars in cross streets due to the speed and visibility issues, as well as getting caught in the bike tires. This is dangerous for people living in the neighborhood, as well as his poor dogs.
Dumpster overflowing since Tuesday, this is the condition today. I hope fines will begin soon
