Tree has fallen on her client's garage. She believes this tree is City's responsibility and is in alleyway. Apparently no damage, tree just needs to be cut up and hauled away. Needs to know if tree is city or private.
Mr. Lord expressed concern about the "man-made" potholes around the city. He realizes that he does not live in the city, but still spends money here and is tired of running into these potholes.
