Hello- Car blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd Sts 12/8/23 6:12pm. MO plate: BH9 A8U I'd add in this case: on the right of the picture you can see a car getting ready to pull out of a parking spot. Because I had to go around this vehicle then re-join the bike lane, I was nearly hit by the car pulling out, as they couldn't see me due to this vehicle blocking the bike lane. This is just one of the reasons I continue to document and send these to you; it's not just annoying, it is also unsafe. Thanks again

There is a growing encampment of unhoused people behind my neighbor's property. Cars now park on the street to unload people and equipment regularly. The most recent incident occurred on Dec 8, 2023 at around 1:30pm. The car that dropped off people and supplies had an Indiana license plate of VE9322. People walked down my neighbor's driveway and through her yard to access the encampment. I assume this is trespassing and would like to report this incident.
Recycling bins filled with overflowing trash sitting by the curb, again. Pick up day is Tuesday. Your staff needs to communicate better with renters because they don't seem to understand this from past complaints and investigations. Don't close the case until you actually get compliance.
There is a small (6-8") utility access hole on Indiana Avenue that is missing a cover. The rim looks broken, and it is a trip hazard for pedestrians, bicycles, and scooters. It is located inline with the large baywindow on the west facade of Franklin Hall, and proximate to two other utility holes that have intact covers.
Thank you for recently covering an open utility hole in this area by the alley. We noticed another one this morning a bit west of that one. It is also between Fess and Park on Cottage Grove. This one is approximately half-way between Fess and the alley between and parallel to Fess and Park, about 8 feet north of the sidewalk on the north side of Cottage Grove. It is smaller than the last one, maybe 6-8 inches, and looks quite old, unused, and slightly crooked. Maybe just fill it with dirt (?)

The ZBT Fraternity can be found through Google as being a fraternity house. They are on cease and desist as well as not able to operate in the neighborhood.
