At the southwest corner of the Farm Stop/Badknees property there's poison ivy growing off a fence into the sidewalk at head and ankle height. Someone should probably cut it back.

A car has been dumped in the yard behind this boarded-up home for what looks like years. However, now it is inviting others to dump debris near the car-including furniture.
Landlord does not keep retaining wall or vegetation off of sidewalk, making passage difficult for wheelchairs and baby strollers.
Landlord rarely cuts grass. Cut it 3 times in 2024. Backyard is even worse.
People consistently drive like maniacs exiting town from West Kirkwood Avenue heading west. At all hours of the day, including the evening and middle of the night, I hear people revving their engines like they’re on a racetrack—on a residential street. Considering there’s a school zone less than a half-mile down the road from where I live, it seems like there should either be better enforcement or more traffic-calming infrastructure in place.
Unsafe curb damage, north edge of Kirkwood between College and Walnut, dead center, opposite the south steps to the Courthouse. This is a trip/stumble hazard, which I know because I fell on my face there at about 4:15pm on 5/1/25. There is other curb damage along the same edge, and I believe the cutout around the lamp post is also a hazard. If anything still hurts in the morning, I will get medical attention.
