The first alley east on Pine St. on West Kirkwood has lots of weeds, trees hanging over the alley which scrapes vehicles passing through, and a shed build on the City ROW. There are two cars parked in alleyway beside 620 W 13th. One car has no license plates and has been there since last summer. The other has been there for six months.

Grass at the old ST Semicon bldg is well over a foot high. It looks awful and is a real problem for people parking on College and trying to walk through it. Address is approximate.
