This abandoned vehicle: - is 3 or more model years old - mechanically inoperable - on private property but couldn't be more clearly visible to public property - has been sitting in its location for well past 20 days. The screenshot shows something I posted in Facebook. I am suggesting that the City "re-wild" this stretch of Bryan Park where the underground spring bubbles up to the surface. Maybe just on a trial basis, stop mowing? As I recall something like that was down with "feeder" stream. Another model would be the area on IU campus near the Jordan garage and School of Ed. Also, a BIG thank you for not using leaf-blowers to sweep the playgrounds any more.

Junk/waste is stacked up in driveway and around house.
A full contractor-type heavy duty trash bag is almost in the ditch on West 7th Street, west of Adams Street, on the south side of 7th. It has been there for more than a week. I'm surprised it hasn't been washed all the way into the ditch.
