Group of teenagers threw a scooter in the middle of the road, be careful driving. Asked them to get it out of the road, they just laughed and walked away. Towards the end of Allen St near the the intersection of Allen and Patterson.
On 7th street the construction has resulted in multiple stop signs being taken out. Every day I see cars spewing through which is ferrying especially at night when it is hard to see pedestrians because of the new bike lane. This neighborhood is where my friends reside and every day I fear for their safety. These stops signs need to be put back in immediately because of the danger they are actively putting residents and students in. Construction should not result in danger for safety.

The intersection of 7th and Dunn has become incredibly dangerous since the removal of the stop signs on 7th St cross streets. There has already been at least one accident. A stop sign *at least* at this intersection, if not every second cross street, is a necessity for public safety.
There is a very dangerous vehicular traffic pattern on S Woodlawn Ave between Sheridan Dr and E Hillside Dr, especially near the Grimes & Woodlawn and Weatherstone & Woodlawn intersections. There is a blind hill on Woodlawn that greatly decreases visibility for everyone. North @ south-bound vehicles on Woodlawn regularly break the speed limit by 20+ MPH and have even seen estimated speeds of 70+ mph. Sometimes vehicles "floor it" on Woodlawn southbound from Sheridan Ln stop sign. The city should consider installing a STOP sign on Woodlawn @ Grimes intersection to decrease the speed of North & South-bound traffic on Woodlawn Ave. The city should also consider additional signage to protect pedestrians who are crossing from Weatherstone Ln to Bryan Park. I have almost been hit there several times by speeding cars and trucks. This is a primary route for cyclists, pedestrians, commuting students, and dog-walkers. Pedestrians and cyclists crossing Woodlawn anywhere between Hillside and Sheridan Ave risk injury and death by vehicles speeding up and down the blind hill. Resident reports that the stop sign at the intersection of 7th and Indiana is on the left side of the road and believes that it is against regulations to not have one on the right side. Additionally, resident reports that the stop sign at 7th and Woodlawn is also not in compliance due to exceeding height limitations. The resident expressed his concern that there would be traffic accidents because of the home football game if these signs were not adjusted.
This is a rental property. There is a large tree in the front yard that looms over surrounding properties and drops branches, leaves, and debris. Causes damage to surrounded roofs, guttering, and vehicles.
Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Referred to as "ponds". This has caused an increase in critters and bugs in the area. I would like this request to remain anonymous please...
