multiple areas of sidewalk heaving on 4th St side of Vectren. 2 are attached in photos. Since this is a heavily walked area, and you had already shaved multiple spots, I thought it needed attention

The alley leading to 809 coming from 1st street- getting heavily covered in tree branches and the pot holes have gotten larger
The alley running along 609 Henderson in between Fess Ave & Henderson, pot holes throughout alley gotten bad again with increased rain
