We could use a trash receptacle or combo trash/recycling on the dam side of Griffy Lake. This area gets quite a bit of usage during the warm months and I find a lot of bottles and cans, fishing materials, and dog waste in the area. Since the area is already being mowed on a regular basis, I would imagine it would be fairly easy for the crew to empty the bin at the same time.
Hello! I serve as the trail monitor @ Lower Cascades Pk. There is a sizable tree down and across the Overlook trail. Trunk diameter is est. 18 inches or more, with three sizable branches extending from the main trunk. I can climb through it but a number of individuals would have issues getting by.
At the B-Link / Walnut intersection (east side), there is glass all over the trail.
Hello, there is a tree down across the Bloomington Rail Trail about 100-150 yards south of the 1/2 mile marker (coming from the Country Club tarilhead). Thank you.
The carousel in the playground has become VERY hard to push. Maybe something is stuck underneath? Can someone please check it out? Thanks!
The Bryan Park Pool chain link fence has a hole. Where the entrance/locker room building meets the Chain link fence. To the right back side of the building. You can see it standing in the parking lot. A fox or small child could fit through the hole
The trees in the city tree plot on this street are blocking parking spaces and making sidewalk travel nearly impossible.
While removing the bush honeysuckle from behind this guard rail and into the preserve the erosion from stormwater runoff was noticed. How can we look to mitigate this drainage issue? I can email a photo and video but, attempting to submit it in this report isn’t working.
The new "rumble strips" on the wood walkway are a trip hazard. Solved for the slippery problem but now little kids are falling left and right. Take the screws out. Cover in sand and spray glue. Done.
