There is a vacant lot south of the home at 2504 S. Madison which has grass growing OVER 3 FEET TALL(which is 4 times longer than the city limit of 8 inches). Not sure who owns the lot but they clearly haven't done any maintenance this season, or for quite some time longer than that.

There are trees in between my property and the property behind my yard that have overgrown and now are touching power lines. We can hear zapping sounds coming from a partially dead pine tree. The tree have also uprooted a portion of my fence, in the back of the yard. This is happening on the back end of the property, by the alleyway.
This is my property. The culvert in the utility easement on the side of my house is flooded, causing my side yard, back yard, and garage to flood. The inlet pipe appears to be plugged. The culvert is full of road sand and vegetation, which may be the issue. There is a fence around the side yard, but there is an 11 foot gate to allow entry. Some has dumped a load of trash along Stone Mill Road, between the dog park and Bayles Road.
There is debris just north of the train tracks. Looks like a broken car bumper.
City of Bloomington truck#415 had four individuals occupying said truck and none of them were wearing masks. I know city policy dictates that if more than one individual is occurring a vehicle, they need to wear a mask. If it helps, it was a white Dodge Ram pickup and has city sticker on side. Please address the importance of mask wearing.
Our recycling did not get picked up & I don’t know why. Please advise.
I have to submit a complaint every summer about this neighbor who refuses to mow his lawn and he lives right next door to me which makes it even worse. You will be fining quite a few houses in the neighborhood (Westpointe - 2nd St and Adams)
