The light outside of 314 S. Henderson St. has been out for about a week, which makes it quite difficult to drive down the side street and to walk there without worrying about running into other people and cars. Car parked in the gravel area is parked illegally. We have had issues with people parking in this spot even though it is not a legal parking zone. I have spoken with parking enforcement before and they confirmed that this is indeed not a legal parking zone and they have ticketed before. Recently people have been parking there on a regular basis. This is the lot behind 728 E Atwater. Accessible off of S Park.
