College students haven't disposed of trash in months. Visible from 15th St. Trash blows into alley and onto adjoining 3 properties. Ghastly.

One of my constituents is wondering why there are not more 25 MPH speed limit signs on Grant St. between Grimes and Hillside. Are you still in process of putting these up? Also, there need to be more on Washington and Lincoln along the same stretch, she says.
The largest section in Ferguson dog park has many puddles that fill in when it rains, one of which is almost always full and is very deep. The puddles get very muddy, and when the water is turned off for winter, there is no way to prevent dogs from getting in the puddle and then no way to clean them off. It would be beneficial, I believe, to fill in these holes with dirt of gravel so this would no longer be an issue. Thanks for considering!
Trash cans in back of building by parking have been overflowing for weeks and bags are ripped open with trash spread all over the yard. Smells really bad and no one has done anything with it for a few weeks.
Garbage has been piled up and tossed all over their yard for months. Bottles and other trash frequently roll/blow into the streets.
Fix pothole at Kingsley Dr. & Briarcliff intersection. Recently paved but when finished left a bad spot which is now a pot hole.
Water pools on NE corner of 11th/Lincoln intersection (formerly a sidewalk) and freezes. This is dangerous. Water pools at same location in summer and causes swampy conditions.
Dumpsters continuously close to sidewalk in public view (NE corner of property)
Trash bags piled up against house, bags ripped open, trash pouring out onto sidewalk. This is a continuing problem with this address.
The sidewalk to the east of our front steps is cracked. A large mud puddle stays there, such that we need to keep it covered in straw in order for pedestrians not to slip and get muddy. This section is just next to the new sidewalks planned for the intersection of Fairview and Dodds streets. Including this segment in your replacements and repairs will allow an efficient, strategic improvement. Thank you.
