House at 3000 N. Lakewood Court Bloomington 47408 has had abandoned refrigerator, smoker, and other trash in driveway and on front porch for several months. Also has a large pile of yard waste next to the driveway. Homeowner is rarely present and appears to live at a different residence. Outside lights are always on.

crows had attacked the back parking lot early Dec 17th. My wife and I cleaned up the back parking lot Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon I went to Lowes and bought two fake Horned Owls and placed them on my air conditioner units. The next day Dec 20th there were no signs of crow activity from the night before.

Hello - there is a very loud phone ringing noise that originates at a car lot on S. Walnut Street (I think it comes from Royal Toyota South). I live about 2,000 feet away on Somersbe Place off of S. Rogers. I can hear the phone ring inside my house with the doors and windows closed. This is a rather annoying noise carrying over a great distance. Will you please work with the City and the car lot to put an end to this offensive noise creating a nuisance for everyone living within a given radius of the car lot? Thanks!
